The physical register for your Shopify store
Install once from the Shopify App Store. From that moment, your website's catalog, stock, customers and promotions are already at the register - and every in-store sale is a real Shopify order.
What you get with a Shopify-connected register
Everything syncs both ways, set up once from the dashboard.
Full two-way sync
Products, variants, categories, images and customers - from the site to the register, and back.
Shopify's automatic promotions
Buy X get Y, minimum purchase, collection discounts - calculated at the register exactly as online, including your combination rules.
Coupon codes, checked live
Every coupon is checked against Shopify: usage count, minimum spend, product scope and customer eligibility.
Gift cards
Sell, check balance, redeem as payment, credit on refund - all from the register, on your real Shopify gift cards.
Multi-location
Stock shown per branch, and Shopify Markets pricing displayed correctly at the register.
Returns that become a real Shopify order
The register checks with Shopify what's actually returnable, then creates and processes the return there too - not just an internal note.
Promotions and coupons, exactly as online
The automatic promotions you set up in Shopify - percentage or amount off, buy X get Y, minimum purchase - apply at the register exactly as they would online, including the combination rules you defined.
A coupon code the register checks against Shopify live: usage count, minimum spend, product scope and customer eligibility. A customer-specific promotion only applies once that customer is attached to the sale - a walk-in never sees it.
And at the end of the sale, everything is recorded in Shopify as a real order: the items, the discounts, the customer and the payment.
- Automatic discounts from the site, including combination rules
- Coupons checked against Shopify at the moment of sale
- Customer-specific promotions - only once they are attached
- Every sale recorded as a real Shopify order
A legally valid Israeli tax invoice, on Shopify sales too
Shopify runs the store; Popay issues the document. Every register sale ends in a tax invoice or receipt, with an allocation number from the Tax Authority when required, digitally signed.
The document is sent to the customer by WhatsApp, SMS or email, and archived for the legally required period - independent of Shopify's own document settings.
Your accountant gets the Open Format export and VAT report directly from the system.
- Tax invoice, receipt or credit invoice - issued automatically
- Real-time allocation number when required
- Documents sent to the customer by WhatsApp, SMS or email
- Digitally signed archive kept for 7 years
More reasons to connect
A store outage does not stop the counter
The cart is saved on the server before the card is charged, so a Shopify outage can't lose or duplicate a sale - the register keeps selling and syncs the order back once the store returns.
Reports from inside Shopify too
The register's sales reports are also reachable from your Shopify admin - no separate reporting tool.
Questions about the Shopify connection
