The physical register for your WooCommerce store
Connect the register to your WooCommerce store with a short authorization step in Settings. Products, stock, customers and coupons are already at the counter - and every sale is recorded as a real WooCommerce order.
What you get with a WooCommerce-connected register
Everything syncs both ways, set up once in Settings.
Products, variants and categories
Your site's catalog arrives at the register as-is, images and accurate stock included.
Clean customers, no duplicates
Customer details from the register are validated and cleaned before they reach WooCommerce.
Your site's coupons, checked live
Every coupon is checked against WooCommerce: usage count, minimum spend, product scope and customer eligibility.
Orders and returns
A register sale appears in WooCommerce's order list. Returns are recorded with replacement lines and the status mapping you set up.
Local products
Something sold only in the physical store, not on the site? It reaches WooCommerce as a manual product.
Your prices stay yours
Loyalty points are recorded as payment metadata, not a discount, so your WooCommerce prices never move.
Live coupons, one stock count for the site and the store
A site coupon code is checked at the register against WooCommerce at the moment of sale: usage count, minimum spend, product scope and customer eligibility - not a guess, a live check.
And from that same moment, stock is one count: what sells at the counter comes off the stock the site shows, no spreadsheet and no manual sync.
The sale itself is recorded in WooCommerce's order list, with the customer and payment details.
- Coupons checked against WooCommerce at the moment of sale
- One stock count - what sells at the counter comes off the site
- Register sales appear in WooCommerce
- Status mapping that matches how your store works
A legally valid Israeli tax invoice, on WooCommerce sales too
WooCommerce runs the store; Popay issues the document. Every register sale ends in a tax invoice or receipt, with an allocation number from the Tax Authority when required, digitally signed.
The document is sent to the customer by WhatsApp, SMS or email, and archived for the legally required period.
If you'd rather keep the site issuing its own documents, the register works that way too - with a proxy for your existing WooCommerce documents.
- Tax invoice, receipt or credit invoice - issued automatically
- Real-time allocation number when required
- Documents sent to the customer by WhatsApp, SMS or email
- Works alongside your existing WooCommerce documents too
More reasons to connect
A store outage does not stop the counter
The cart is saved on the server before the card is charged, so a site outage can't lose or duplicate a sale - the register keeps selling and syncs the order back once the site returns.
One hybrid catalog, no confusion
Website products and local items that only exist in the store show up together, in the same register catalog.
Questions about the WooCommerce connection
Enter your store URL in Settings and authorize it - once. Popay registers itself with your store and that's it.
Yes. Every coupon is checked against WooCommerce at the moment of sale: usage count, minimum spend, product scope and customer eligibility.
Not yet - gift cards are available on Shopify stores today. A dedicated gift-card engine for WooCommerce is planned.
It's managed at the register and reaches WooCommerce as a manual product, alongside your regular site catalog.
No. Points redeemed as payment are recorded as payment metadata, not a discount - so your WooCommerce prices stay exactly as you set them.
